Kenneth Morgan Biggs

Mr. Biggs is the Co-Founder and Managing Shareholder of Biggs & Greenslade, PC. Biggs has an extensive background in government and criminal law. He is a United State Marine Corps veteran where he spent the majority of his service overseas in the III Marine Expeditionary Force, Special Operations Training Group and specialized in Amphibious Special Operations.

Joining the Marine Corps early in my life, I acquired an impeccable work ethic and attention to detail that has carried over into every aspect of my life, including the cases that I work today. I approach every client’s matter with resolve and fortitude to maximize the potential for success.

After separating from the military and gathering experience in law enforcement deployment procedures, Mr. Biggs served two tours in Iraq during the Iraqi Police Reconstruction Mission. After completing law school, Biggs spent the next nine years as Assistant Criminal District Attorney trying over one hundred cases to jury verdict, ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder.

There is no substitute for first-hand trial experience, regardless of the nature of the case you are litigating. That premise, coupled with always being the most prepared person in the courtroom, is the recipe for success that John and I have utilized. Each client and case we engage is handled with relentless focus and determination to win. There is no greater reward than our clients reaching out to embrace us after we have achieved life changing results in their case.

Mr. Biggs focuses his legal practice on police complaint and misconduct cases, personal injury, and criminal law.

Mr. Biggs resides in Henderson with his family and attends First United Methodist Church. Mr. Biggs wife, Allison Biggs, is a successful family and criminal law attorney in Henderson. They routinely rely on each other's knowledge and experience and enjoy challenging each other on legal strategy and issues. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their two children, enjoying most weekends at the youth baseball fields or other sporting events.

Traveling between Henderson, Tyler, and Kaufman, TX, Biggs is available by appointment at all three office locations.
